YOU’VE SET YOUR DATE
Let’s set up a time to discuss your wedding plans (via phone or zoom).
CONTRACT & RETAINER FEE
Once you choose your collection, you’re ready to sign your contract. It’s all electronic and your non-refundable retainer fee is 50% of your total package price. The retainer is due when you sign and return your contract and final payment is due two weeks before your wedding date. A date cannot be held prior to receipt of the retainer fee.
TIMELINE CONSULTATION
On average, we’ll start planning your timeline together around 3-4 months before the wedding day; this will allow enough time to discuss desired shots, key moments, and potential logistical challenges.
We’ll work to plan what time my photo coverage will begin and my starting location. We will also plan your wedding day photo basics such as bridal and family portraits, and how they will work into the course of your day.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET INJURED OR ILL ON, OR BEFORE, YOUR WEDDING DAY?
You can count on me to make sure this will never happen unless the situation is dire but if for any reason it does, I know many talented and creative photographers I am able to reach out to, to take my place on your wedding day. The replacement photographer would photograph your wedding and I would edit them in my signature style. All the arrangements would be taken care of by me, in a timely manner, and you would be notified as soon as possible of any changes.
PHOTO DELIVERY
Your online gallery will be edited & delivered on average, in 4-6 weeks, and remain online for 1 year. Be sure to download your photos before your gallery expires! You will receive a minimum of 45 to 60 fully edited photos per hour of photography coverage.
