CONTRACT & RETAINER FEE
Once you choose your collection, you’re ready to sign your contract. It’s all electronic and your non- refundable retainer fee is 50% of your total package price. The retainer is due when you receive your contract and your final payment is due two weeks before your wedding date.
TIMELINE CONSULTATION
About six to eight weeks before your wedding we can get together in person, talk via phone, (or Zoom), to create your wedding timeline. At this time, we will decide what time my coverage will begin and my starting location. We will also lay-out wedding day photo basics–family formals, bridal party photos–and how they work into your day.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU GET INJURED OR ILL ON, OR BEFORE, A WEDDING DAY?
You can count on me to make sure this will never happen unless the situation is dire but if for any reason it does, I know many talented and creative photographers I would reach out to, to take my place on your wedding day. The replacement photographer would photograph your wedding and I would edit them in my signature style. All of the arrangements would be taken care of by me in a timely manner and you would be notified as soon as possible of any changes.
